Clinician Resources & Support

At Mission: Cure, we are dedicated to providing valuable resources to clinicians and healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and treatment of pancreatitis. On this page, you will find information tailored to support your medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.

Point-of-Care Tool for Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency

Mission: Cure, in partnership with AvoMD, has developed a free, interactive tool to improve EPI treatment. Accessible via all EHRs and online, this tool supports healthcare professionals in diagnosing and managing EPI, a condition affecting up to 90% of chronic pancreatitis patients. This initiative aims to address the frequent misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis of EPI, providing essential support for primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals. Learn More about our collaboration.

Pediatric Patient Passport

The Pediatric Patient Passport is a tool that a primary gastroenterologist can complete to easily share information with other clinicians who are not familiar with a child’s medical history. This can be an important resource for when patients are traveling or have to go to an emergency room.
