Your Guide to Pancreatitis Research & Clinical Trials

Research is the first step in developing new pancreatitis treatments, and patients are an essential part of moving that research forward. We designed this session to breakdown the drug development and treatment path and the role patients and caregivers play in pancreatitis research.

Registrants will come away with a foundational understanding of how research progresses, what different types of studies mean, and their rights and responsibilities as research participants.

Our goal is to have an informed patient community that understands the role of research, the current trial and study landscape, and their rights and responsibilities as potential participants.

Increasing participation in ongoing research accelerates the progress of treatments for the pancreatitis and related conditions community.
